PC120-5 and SH120 Excavator FINAL DRIVES are adopted the RV Transmission mechanism which had been widely used in the market. The RV transmission mechanism is consisted of two parts---Involute Cylindrical Gears Reduction Mechanism and Planet-cycloid Reduction Mechanism. The needle bearing of Planet-cycloid Reduction Mechanism becomes the weekness when it runs under heavy stress and high rotary speed. Therefore, the RV Transmission requires high quality needle bearing. During the operation, the needle bearing is easy to be damaged and must cause the other components destroyed. What’s worse, the transmission will be paralyzed and shorten the life time of RV Mechanism. They must be replaced by 3pcs Crankshafts, 2pcs Cycloidal Gears, 6pcs Needle Bearings and 6pcs 33207 Taper Roller Bearings, which will increase maintain cost consumedly.
